Incredible and Edible

I come from a family of home bakers and I always enjoyed experimenting with recipes but when I had children of my own it opened the door to much more colourful, creative bakes.

 

Designed to delight the eyes as much as the tastebuds, character and carved shapes are my favourite cakes; full of flavour and personality, each as individual as the person they’re created for.

 

Where possible, everything in my bakes is edible and homemade using the best ingredients to produce personal, one-off celebration cakes.
